There are a variety of places of worship in Fishponds, including Hindu Temple Bristol, Fishponds Madani Jamia Masjid, St Mary’s Church, and the Bristol Multi Faith Forum, which is an amazing organisation open to all religious communities.
3) Fun activities
There are many exciting activities in the Fishponds area, whether you like Bingo, Snooker, Pool, or Darts. If you’re into fitness, there are multiple gyms, boxing groups, and dance classes, including wheelchair dance classes with the Bristol Dance Company.
If you’re a nature lover, you could investigate one of the local Allotments or visit the beautiful local parks. (We personally recommend Eastville Park and Oldbury Court)
4) Amazing travel routes to the city center and beyond!
If you’re looking to venture beyond Fishponds, then you’ll have no trouble getting from A-B. With multiple First bus routes to the center, the 5 bus takes you into town, 48, 48a, and 49, these also venture into town, but all stop by Stapleton road station, where you can get a direct train to Bristol Temple Meads.
